A Connecticut farm is launching a food truck park this month in Morris, in Litchfield County.

South Farms will be home to a rotation of food trucks starting June 15, according to a CT Insider report.

The food truck park, called Pasture, will initially feature three mobile food businesses including a taco truck.

“For us, this is a really exciting experiment,” farm owner Ben Paletsky told the news outlet. “I think agritourism is going to be a cornerstone to keeping farms viable, and we’re trying to push the envelope and try new things, and be leaders in that sector. I think we can say we’re pathfinding all these different things. I think people are seeing all the benefits it yields, which is great. This is the whole intention, to build community.”
