Food truck operator makes a dream come true

Talia Zabbara launched a food truck five years ago and has always had another dream in mind: opening a physical restaurant.

The dream is now a reality in Torrington, Connecticut where Zabbara and Jennifer Frankel launched the Cravings Café & Grill in the last week of May, according to a report at The Register Citizen.

Zabbara has been in foodservice for over a decade and her Hot Z’s food truck is still up and running.

The restaurant menu will reflect the food truck’s but features a full coffee bar.

“This was my dream before the food truck,” Zabbara told the news outlet. “The food truck was my way of getting my name out there.”
