TTC introduces fifth scholarship award for 2024

The Toronto Transportation Club (TTC) has announced the addition of a new scholarship for 2024, increasing the total number of awards to five. This initiative reflects TTC’s commitment to supporting the educational pursuits of its members and their families, the organization says.

Corporate members in good standing for at least one calendar year can nominate up to five dependent children for the scholarship, including grandchildren, adopted children, stepchildren, and wards under legal guardianship.

Each recipient will receive a scholarship valued at $8,000, disbursed as $2,000 annually over four years.

Applications are due by July 30, with supporting documents required by Aug. 15. Scholarships will be awarded at the Annual Gala Dinner on Dec. 5 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
